* Contracted to lead external creative resources in the design and development of the Cabela's CLUB RewardsTM program
for outdoor retailer Cabela's, Inc., thereby helping streamline operations within tight schedules to meet multiple magazine and
promotional deadlines. Conceived and implemented 'unique' strategies to reinforce brand reputation and customer loyalty.
Reported a 39% rise in 2006, Q2 Net Profit.

* Directed the concept, development and design, of a multi-media marketing campaign for the Estes Park Brewery. Designed
labels and integrated advertising and branding concepts throughout retail store, POS, restaurant, beverage carriers, T-shirts
and multi-media promotional campaigns, which directly increased revenues by over 36%.

* Directed the concept, design, and development of a multi-media start-up marketing campaign for Segway of Northern
Colorado. Integrated branding concepts throughout website, store design, and promotional campaigns, which created a
significant 'buzz' through corporate Segway®, thereby helping increase their dealer network by 21%, and sales growth
by over 50% since 2002

* Acted as Creative Director (1999 - 2001) for local digital print shop, introducing several new revenue channel that led to business
profitability. Performed design, illustration, and pre-press functions related to business services and branding materials.
* Freelanced for Cabela's (1999 - Present) to develop design templates for new advertising campaign, championing concept
to senior level staff which resulted in successful national campaign with double-digit revenue growth.

ESTES PARK BREWERY, Estes Park, CO, 1996 - 1997
Manager / Art Director / Graphic Designer

Managed a crew of 16 staff members during periods of high volume foot traffic including bar, restaurant, brewery tours. Designed
and implemented marketing campaigns that revitalized a 'local' establishment into a 'distinctive' eatery with targeted brand identity,
including magazine, newspaper, and radio advertising.
* Awarded "Labels of Distinction" for Stinger Wild Honey-Wheat label, by Microbrewery Label Design, 1998.
* Created 2000 square foot mural, multiple label designs and executed T-shirt design and production to
integrate marketing strategies.


TOWN OF ESTES PARK, Estes Park, CO, 1991 - 1996
Special Events Supervisor

Assisted in management of town events such as horse shows, Rooftop Rodeo, Highlands Scottish Festival, Catch The Glow
Christmas Parade, and the Scandinavian Festival. Oversaw set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of events; supervised
seasonal labor force of eight personnel and resolved problems to ensure total client satisfaction.
